So NOT Unified

Uniform!

White people love to hide behind the ILLUSION of uniforms, uniformity and unity when in reality it is a form of control, dictation and concealing the truth we are all well aware, we aren’t.

I was asked why didn’t I have a blue hoodie on in support of Althoff Catholic High School.

My response? I don’t back the Blue. You see, I already know we are UNIFIED.

They don’t see me or my two girls as a part of their team, crew or family.

If they did, they wouldn’t make it so difficult, cumbersome, expensive and out of reach for us to compete, be included and enjoy the “said” benefits of what comes natural to them and their children but I am not supposed to think like this, I am not being a “team” player.

I got no time to play on teams and play games.

This is serious business for us and ours.

You see, the KKK had a uniform for women, men and children and it was fueled with hatred, rage, anger, racism, division and oppression.

You see, the KKK had a uniform and it hid the faces and physique of racist men, women and children because they went back into society to blend in with the very people they hated, had great disdain towards, wanted to lynch for no reason other than they being envious because of our work ethics, intellectual ability and athleticism in spite of America creating laws, rules, codes, mandates, policies and legislation of omission, denial, rejection and exclusion.

We have always had to be TWICE BETTER THAN, OVER QUALIFIED, HIGHLY EDUCATED, HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE, MASTER EVERY SUBJECT, PROFICIENT IN OUR EXPERIENCE, DEEPLY EXPOSED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHATEVER FIELD AND LASTLY, THEY WERE WELL AWARE THAT WE HAD TO HAVE ALL OF OUR I’S DOTTED AND T’S CROSSED IF AND WHEN WE WERE “GIVEN” TOP POSITIONS, TITES, CAREERS, ACCESS AND/OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE WE WERE NEVER HANDED ANYTHING IN AMERICA OR GIVEN UNEARNED FAVOR OR GRACE AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE.

WHITE men and women in expensive suits was a uniform and it meant who got the opportunity, who gained the access, who was chosen for the position, who got what salary and the like

The slave women had a uniform called Tignon Laws where BLACK WOMEN ONLY had to cover their head because of jealousy, envy, spite and control and they thought they would demean, disrespect and degrade the woman but they made the look coveted, influential and stylish.

THERE NEEDS TO BE NO SENSITIVITY, CULTURAL AND OTHER FORMS OF TRAINING.

We were connected, interconnected and mutually connected when it came to our uniform.

There is a saying that WITH BLACK SKIN WR ARE NEVER UNARMED and I would like to add, NOT IN UNIFORM.

Only to us that we are detached, divided, and different because of our education, income, zip code, social status, etc

Our uniformity have always been brilliance, intelligence, articulation, mastery, superiority,  devotion, creativity ,great accomplishments, pride, mental and physical strength, professionalism, master teachers, empathetic, support,  interconnected,  passion,  leadership exceptionalism, collaborative,  productive , proven and good  results, answers, keys and products.

We set the original influencers, high standards and BAR setters because we are Brilliant Accomplished and Ripe because we can refrain, entertain, sustain, retain and detain.

We have a long history of satisfactory work and production and organizing humanity. We are an effective, empowering, enlightened, and energizing people.

We have a history of resolving the issues of America of being exceptional, elevated and progressive.

We are accomplish America’s goal of success, proficiency, quality, innovation, great championships, ethics, humanity, branding, excellence, brilliance and idealism.

We wear uniforms of development for life, living, legality, learning and longevity.

We wear uniforms of compassion and empathy and support.

We wear uniforms of coordination of physical, spiritual, emotional, psychological and educational of self healing.
We wear uniforms of customization of all humanity because we know that not all people are the same.

We wear uniforms of increase.

We wear uniforms of partnerships.

We wear uniforms of benevolence.

We wear uniforms of etiquette, respect, and community.

We wear uniforms of management and delivery.

We wear uniforms of developing humanity.

We wear uniforms of answers, keys, products and solutions.

Diversity AND Discrimination and Trauma training they say…..

How do you train someone to accept humanity?

How do you train someone to see someone’s humanity?

How do you train someone to be fair?

How do you train someone for equality?

How do you train someone to exhibit justice?

How do you train someone to love others as themselves?

How do you train someone to feel for others who are unlike them?

Diversity and Trauma training they say……

How do you train someone to understand that we too are?

How do you train someone to understand that we too must?

How do you train someone to understand that we hurt?

How do you train someone to understand that we feel?

How do you train someone to understand that we deserve?

How do you train someone to understand that we should?

How do you train someone to understand that we will?

Diversity and Trauma training they say…..

How do you train someone to see that I too am?

How do you train someone to feel my pain?

How do you train someone who see poverty to understand IT IS NOT GOOD?

How do you train someone to master loving unconditionally, healing wholly, and being kind no matter what?

How do you train someone who have more LOVE, RESPECT, and FEELING towards animals than me and my family’s life?

How do you train someone to be Christ like?

How do you train someone to be Godly?

How do you train someone who CHOOSE NOT to embrace DIVERSITY?

Honestly YOU CAN NOT AND SHOULD NOT.

The people who NEED diversity training really don’t need nor want diversity training.

The people who NEED NOT own, run or dominate the DIVERSITY INCLUSION AND EQUITY programs are the same people who hide behind laws, rules, codes, mandates, policies and legislation that deny, omit, reject, defund and exclude minorities.

These people are born into STOLEN privilege, access and opportunities and it is in their DNA that they are and have always been superior, domineering, and have the right to disregard.

NOW, let us STOP with the DIVERSITY training and START with the retaliation.

Sensitivity training?
Diversity training?

Equality training?

Trauma training?
Inclusion training?
Equity training?

Naaaaaaaa there is absolutely NO training necessary that these White Folks need.

SENSITIVITY TRAINING- Do sum’n to a GOD DAMN SORRY ASS animal, they will become SENSITIVE af then and start to crying with those deep empath tears and giving deep impassioned speeches after they just made a case why the workhouse should remain open packed with innocent and low level crime BLACK people or just passed HOMELESS MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN as they bought up property and coined them eyesores and laws mysteriously became created about where they can go and be seen

DIVERSITY TRAINING-Too many BLACK AND BROWN folks get to moving in certain affluent zips, secret neighborhood watch meetings occur in homes, money get to being secretly raised, they begin to start expanding or creating NEW gated, fenced or long mile neighborhoods, they start tearing down trees like mad men and women and building like crazy with the invisible WHITES ONLY SIGNS but YET TO BLACKS, it is CLEARLY understood

INCLUSION TRAINING-Wear ANY BLACK POWER, UPLIFTMENT quote or image and they get COLORED ON YOU

EQUITY TRAINING-Run for an office as a BLACK frfr change agent, as an educated, engaged, woke, in tune, rights knowing, intentional, UNapologetic, UNafraid, UNbought, UNbossed and biased CANdidate then YOU WILL SEE FIRST HAND how quick they wake up their sleeping, how quick they unite, how quick they  sabotage, how quick they work against you to make sure that YOU DON’T, WON’T AND WILL NOT but never because you CAN’T AND SHOULDN’T
There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with them but us POC, collectively.

These CEO’s, employees and businesses don’t need any training,
ALL OF THESE SYSTEMS IN AMERICA HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO LEGALLY OMIT, REJECT, OPRESS, OVERLOOK, DENY, EXCLUDE US AND TODAY NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
WE ARE DUE MONETARY GAIN.
What I will NOT do is “wear” school wear in the guise of UNIFORMITY because they don’t see me as UNIFIED WITH THEM but what I WILL say is this one thing,
It is an honor and privilege for YOU to have my girls staying with you
It is an honor and privilege for YOU to have my girls learning along side your children
It is an honor and privilege for YOU to have my girls gracing that court and leaving their mark in a “white” dominated sport of which I chuckle because all you have to do is remove the money and open the gate and allow BLACK GIRLS to play and we can see whose sport it “really” is.
