How does a CNA program through Southwestern Illinois College get away with not informing our future CNA’s and LPN’s about not only the apology of willful, known and legislative discrimination and racism but the demand for action?

I am not in the nursing profession but education.

I see my former babies in these programs still working hard, long and far to prove that they don’t want to be a statistic as their teachers are older Caucasian women whose classes are in our inner city but leaving out this vital information.

Make it make sense?
