WHITE TEACHERS HAVE:

The majority of teachers in America make up white women. They are said to be ignorant about race and systemic oppression in America and is extremely aware of Critical Race Theory.  If that were the case, what we have seen since Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and too many others unjustly, immorally and illegally killed would have sparked MASS movements, laws and policies would have been changed; the whole nine yards if their hues and incomes were different.

INCLUSION TRAINING-Wear ANY BLACK POWER, UPLIFTMENT quote or image and they get COLORED ON YOU

These cute little ways these WHITE: TEACHERS, RESEARCHERS, ANALYSIS, GURUS, TALKING HEADS AND COMMENTATORS attempt to train our children to express themselves, advocate for themselves feel like they matter, have a voice when they leave them in poverty, is wrapped in a country that don’t honor, respect or see their parents HUMANITY or feel that they deserve DIGNITY OR RESPECT and work hard and overtime to keep them oppressed AND THEY GOT TO HEAR SOME BS SHIT coming from children they birthed and their ONLY GOAL is to SAVE THEIR LIVES?

TRAINING IS A JOKE, A WASTE OF TIME, A WASTE OF ENERGY AND A WASTE OF RESOURCES.

Can WHITES do their jobs and teach?

STUDENT NAMES, STUDENTS DO NOT KNOW THEIR SUPT NAME, STUDENTS WHO LOST A PARENT,  WHICH STUDENT NEED MEDS, WHICH STUDENT IS ADVANCED, WHICH STUDENT IS STRUGGLING, WHICH STUDENT CAN GRASP INFORMATION BEST USING ONE OR MORE OF GARDNER’S INTELLIGENCES.

YOU SEE, EDUCATORS DEAL WITH 30 PLUS CHILDREN IN THEIR CLASSES WHERE THE MAJORITY OF THEM ARE FACED WITH:

POVERTY, HUNGER, FAMILY’S WHO WERE EVICTED DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHTM WHO HEAR GUNSHOTS AND SIRENS LIKE IT IS NORMAL, WHO SEE DEATH AND POVERTY AS THEIR NORM, WHO ARE FOSTER CHILDREN, WHO ARE ADOPTIVE, AND WHO ARE RAISING THEMSELVES AND/OR SIBLINGS ALONE, WHO LIVE IN HOMELESS SHELTERSWHO ARE MISPLACED.

THE COMMUNITY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY WHAT ABOUT EDUCATORS?
